Dental Implants

A dental implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up: a small titanium post integrates with your jawbone and supports a crown that looks, feels, and works like a natural tooth. Our implant team — led by Dr. Sasan Hadianfar, a member of the International Dental Implant Association — handles everything in one clinic, from single implants to All-on-4® full-arch restorations.

Why implants are the gold standard

Unlike bridges, implants don't rely on grinding down healthy neighbouring teeth, and unlike removable dentures, they never slip. Because the post stimulates the jaw the way a root does, implants also protect the bone that keeps your facial structure looking natural.

  • Looks and feels natural — eat, speak, and smile with total confidence.
  • Preserves your jawbone — prevents the bone loss that follows a missing tooth.
  • Protects healthy teeth — no need to modify the teeth next door.
  • Built to last — with good hygiene, implants can last decades.

Implant solutions we offer

Single-tooth implants replace one missing tooth invisibly. Implant bridges restore several missing teeth on just two implants. Implant-supported dentures snap securely onto implants — no adhesive, no slipping. And with All-on-4® / All-on-6®, a full arch of fixed new teeth is supported on just four to six implants, often placed in a single planned procedure.

We also provide the supporting procedures many patients need, including bone grafting, socket preservation, and tissue regeneration — so you don't have to be referred around the city.

What to expect

  1. Assessment & 3D planning

We examine your mouth, take imaging, and plan implant placement precisely.

  2. Implant placement

The titanium post is placed under local anaesthetic — sedation options are available. Most patients are surprised how comfortable it is.

  3. Healing & integration

Over 2–6 months the implant fuses with your bone. Temporary teeth keep you smiling meanwhile.

  4. Your new tooth

A custom crown, bridge, or denture is attached — matched to your natural teeth.

Dental Implants — your questions answered

How much do dental implants cost?

A single implant with its crown is a significant investment, but it is usually the most cost-effective option over a lifetime because it rarely needs replacement. We provide a written quote after your assessment, bill insurance directly where possible, and offer financing from 12 to 60 months.

Does getting an implant hurt?

Placement is done under local anaesthetic and most patients report less discomfort than a tooth extraction. Nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV moderate sedation are available if you're anxious.

Am I a candidate if I've been told I don't have enough bone?

Often, yes. Bone grafting and regenerative techniques — performed in our clinic — can rebuild the bone needed to support an implant. A 3D assessment gives us the answer.

How do I care for an implant?

Exactly like a natural tooth: brush twice daily, floss, and keep your regular hygiene visits. Implants can't decay, but the gums around them still need care.
